Term and conditions

Overview of renting costs.

To help set your expectations regarding costs for renting a property in The Netherlands, you should expect the following:

* One month rent in advance.
* Two months security deposit.
* One month commission + VAT (19 %).

Often to secure a property, you'll have to pay a 500 Euro down payment and then the balance will need to clear on our account before the check-in date.
By alteration of the tenancy agreement during rental period, contract costs can be charged (all prices are excluding 19 % VAT).

To draw up a letter of intent the following documents are necessary:

For private lease:

* A copy of the tenant’s passport.
* A working agreement of the tenants.

For company lease:

* A copy of the tenant’s passport.
* Registration form with the Chamber Of Commerce (not older than 6 months).
* Copy of the passport of the proxy according to the registration form of the Chamber Of Commerce.
